Happy Australia Day.......

Hope you all had a great day yesterday, celebrating our National Day. It is a wonderful opportunity to reflect on the blessings we enjoy living in this great land. Things are back to normal again at the shop after the short break and new stock has started to arrive. Sue Daley has recently produced a new book called "New English Paper Piecing"and we have received several signed copies. It is a beautiful book with many projects, made using her Paper Piecing technique. Be quick as we have a limited number available.

 

 

Monthy Newsletter.....

Just putting the finishing touches to our new Monthly Email Newsletter. If you have registered expect it with in the next day or so. We look forward to sharing the shop news with our customers on a more regular basis than we did by post. We have been busy making samples during the past few weeks, despite the tennis being a bit if a distraction. Shirl is making a sample of Gail Pan's beautiful quilt called "Flowerdale". We loved the colours that Gail used so much that we had to make ours just the same. Patterns & kits are available. Other colourways are available on request.

 

Welcome 2012

The shop is open again after the short Christmas break. We really enjoyed the few days off & we had the chance to do some stitching. We have been busy preparing lots of new & exciting things for 2012. This is a good time of the year to make some display changes in the shop to give it a fresh new look. We also have the opportunity to rearrange stock & samples. Come in & have a browse.
