Whimsical "Heart & Soul"

We love this new range by Whymsical called Heart & Soul. We have made this small quilt to showcase some of the fabrics. We have several patterns & a book in stock which feature this fabric.

It's starting to feel like winter....

It feels like winter is nearly here. That means long nights sitting by the fire, stitching or quilting.  After going to Robinvale, we had to put stock back onto the shelves. Shirl decided that it was a good chance to rearrange a few displays. This display of our red projects looks great. Kits & patterns are available, phone or Email for details. We will try our best to post the next day & we are now able to use the convenience of PayPal.

 

Robinvale Exhibition

What a fantastic weekend we had in Robinvale. After becoming geographically misplaced on the way, we were a little late to arrive & then set up our display & shop. Shirley even found some time to do some stitching before we became busy.

The display was set up in a beautiful historic homestead. The rooms were transformed with displays of a great variety of crafts. It is quite amazing to have so much on display as they hold their exhibition yearly.

Inside the homestead was the perfect location for the display while the garden was perfect for the beautiful morning, afternoon tea & lunches that were served.

Robinvale Exhibition....

Once again we look forward to going to Robinvale for their Mothers Day weekend Exhibition. It is held in a beautiful old home on the banks of the Murray River. Such a lovely location. This week we have been busy cutting up kits & fabric packs ready for the weekend. We look forward to seeing you at Robinvale. We can promise you that there will be a great quilt display & fantastic food.
